Based in one of our key Network Control locations — Västerås, Sweden; Houston, Texas; Massy, France; or London, UK — you will lead mission‑critical operational processes that enable world‑class delivery of Network Control solutions to customers around the world. How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead global project operations for the Network Control (NC) organization, ensuring best‑in‑class engineering and project execution across all regions.
  • Serve as a key direct report to the Network Control Global Operations Manager, helping steer global revenue delivery and operational performance of Global Project Portfolio.
  • Own and continuously improve the full NC project execution process, enhancing efficiency, accountability, and delivery quality in collaboration with the Project Management Office.
  • Shape and optimize the global resource footprint, ensuring capacity, capability, and alignment with project demands.
  • Represent Network Control in major global project review forums, ensuring operational excellence and performance transparency.
  • Be part of a business at the forefront of electrification and sustainable energy transformation.
  • Drive project financials and operational KPIs including OCF, gross margin, delivery milestones, and project execution consistency.
  • Lead and develop the global engineering organization, strengthening tools, methodologies, and engineering standards.
  • Continuously support optimizing NC project operations by identifying process gaps, harmonizing ways of working, and driving global standardization.

Your Background

  • Master’s degree or BSc engineering.
  • 10–15 years of experience in network control, engineering operations, and team leadership in a global environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing technical teams, project delivery, and complex multi‑country engineering activities.
  • Strong leadership attributes including responsibility, determination, active listening, and commercial awareness.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across Sales, Finance, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable operating in senior stakeholder and customer‑facing environment.
