The Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for developing, deploying, and sustaining the digital deliverables within the Grid Integration (GI) Business Unit. The role ensures GI successfully adopts and improves digital tools, analytics, automation, and AI‐enabled capabilities to improve quality performance, process consistency, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. It acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, QCI process owners, and technology teams, ensuring digital solutions align with GI's strategic and operational needs.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Translate corporate QCI digital strategy into a GI-specific digital deliverable roadmap, aligned with business priorities, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow digitization, process monitoring, and data-driven decision-making across GI.
- Lead implementation and lifecycle management of digital platforms supporting QCI processes (e.g., audit management, SAP Quality Module, RCA tools, mobile quality apps, dashboards).
- Ensure seamless integration of digital systems into GI business processes, collaborating with process owners, IT/digital, and project management teams.
- Create and support training materials and communications relevant to digital updates.
- Develop analytics frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and data-quality processes to provide actionable insights for GI leadership.
- Build digital literacy, awareness, and adoption within GI QCI teams by providing training, coaching, and best‐practice sharing.
- Drive adoption of advanced digital technologies—AI‐enabled support, predictive analytics, automated insights, smart quality workflows, etc.
- Pilot and scale innovative digital solutions with measurable impact on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, IT, Data Analytics or related field.
- Proven experience in Quality & Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, audits).
- Strong understanding of digital tools, analytics platforms, automation, and data governance.
- Experience in Grid Integration, Power Systems, EPC/project business, or related technical settings.
- Experience with SAP 4HANA.
- Solid understanding of QCI processes, quality standards, and audit/assessment methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‐functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong communication and change‐leadership skills to enable digital adoption.
