We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Power Consulting team as a Global Operations, Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist. The role involves engaging with diverse projects, enhancing business processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading quality and continuous improvement initiatives. We prioritize quality and safety while fostering strong relationships with markets and customers worldwide.

As the new Global Operations, Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist, you\'ll support 8 Units in delivering quality improvement plans (QIP) and have opportunities to travel.

How you\'ll make an impact:

  • Developing, analyzing, and improving existing business processes not related to manufacturing.
  • Applying process definition, improvement, and design methodologies to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Creating documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap analyses.
  • Planning and implementing quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Supporting training and change management activities, including Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen practices in a non-manufacturing environment.
  • Leading global improvement projects based on data analysis.

Your background:

  • Experience with process definition, improvement, and design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen at the process level.
  • Experience with certified Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Providing CI KPIs and improvement plans.
  • Conducting assessments and audits to improve processes, leveraging risk, failure, and non-conformance data.
  • Representing the Voice of the Customer through feedback mechanisms like surveys and complaint resolutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel globally as required.
