Hitachi Energy has an exciting opportunity for Senior Project Controller. Be part of Hitachi Energy's Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service group, as a world-leading provider of grid connections and power quality solutions that enable our customers to build a more sustainable, flexible and secure energy systems. We leverage our long-standing technology leadership, vast integration expertise, huge installed base and global footprint to provide our customers with life-cycle value solutions at the lowest risk. Our customers are in the utility, renewables, industry, transportation, data centres and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering to warranty.
  • Collaborate with project managers on financial and commercial matters, driving performance across projects.
  • Optimize project revenues, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly project reviews, including estimates and forecasts.
  • Manage invoicing, currency hedging, bonds, guarantees, and tax matters with departmental support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, BA or similar.
  • Excellent skills in Excel; working knowledge of SAP is preferable.
  • Team player with a "can-do" and problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience with project/tender controlling is preferable.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
