We are recruiting 5 Machine Assembler\'s to join our Team at our facility in Hebburn. The Machine Assembler will be responsible for the precise assembly and installation of various components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical/electrical/hydraulic components and systems according to engineering specifications.
- Ensure all parts are correctly fitted and aligned to meet the required specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as they arise.
- Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and report any defects or issues during the assembly process.
- Maintain accurate records of all assembly activities and inspections.
- Working to OEM standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Essential
- Maths and English qualifications - GCSE Level 4 (Grade C) and above.
- Good engineering competency, coupled with welding skills and a degree of electrical knowledge.
- Able to read basic technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent time management skills, be a forward thinker with the capability to plan ahead with strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, with the aptitude to think on your feet and resolve issues that may arise.
- Good IT skills.
- Must be flexible to work overtime at short notice.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience of working on Heavy Construction Machinery e.g. Loaders, Excavators etc.
- Assembly experience gained from working with HGV\'s or motor vehicles.
