We are seeking a visionary and high-impact Data & AI Practitioner to join our leadership team. This is a unique, dual-hatted role requiring a rare blend of deep technical mastery and proven commercial acumen. You will own the entire Data & AI value chain - from data creation to modern consumption - helping enterprise clients transform their businesses through data architecture, Enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic workflows.
As a leader originating from a Center of Excellence (CoE) background, you possess the technical gravitas to architect complex solutions and the consulting finesse to originate, shape, and close large-scale deals.
Requirements
- Senior consulting leader sought to drive deal origination, C-suite client engagements, and solution architecture for large-scale enterprise Data, GenAI, and Agentic AI transformations.
- Lead multi-million-dollar pursuits from identification to closing by shaping technical blueprints, driving RFP responses, and managing commercial models with direct P&L accountability.
- Architect end-to-end data and AI strategies spanning core data engineering, governance, modern data stack paradigms, enterprise GenAI, and autonomous multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Provide strategic program oversight on marquee client engagements to ensure technical alignment, value realization, and adherence to Center of Excellence best practices.
- Bring 8 to 10+ years of experience within a premier technology or management consulting firm with a proven track record of growing client accounts and closing large enterprise deals.
- Leverage a background in technical leadership roles within a Data & AI Center of Excellence or Enterprise Architecture group.
- Maintain advanced proficiency across Databricks, Snowflake, and at least one major cloud platform including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrate deep technical mastery in data pipeline architecture, data democratization, security guardrails, and production-grade AI deployments.
