The role will require the individual to undertake a structured training program of academic study, field service work and office operations in order to gain the required skills and knowledge to support the HV Service business requirements. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to receive a formal qualification in a subject to be mutually agreed. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn and gain insight into High Voltage. Learning Objectives: This is an exciting opportunity to learn about the entire end to end service environment. Within High Voltage the tasks will include but not limited to: Observing, learning and understanding a wide range of engineering skills and processes while under the instruction of skilled technical staff. How to own problems and take the responsibility of solving them Office administration Project Management and Operations tasks Sales & Tendering activities Learning and understanding the importance of Health, Safety, Environment within the workspace. Appreciation of Quality and compliance aspects in relation to HV products and Service Undertake and successfully complete suitable college courses throughout the training period, achieving the academic grades and practical skills in order to entitle yearly progression leading to the award of a suitable qualification.

Able to demonstrate these skills and processes as the training period progresses by working independently or with a team, to undertake tasks as instructed and increasing overall contribution to the department. The applicant will receive full on the job training for each of these activities and will become proficient in all aspects of the HV Service office.
