We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.# **Job description**Experience with system and onsite end users support and working with ServiceNow Experience with windows, server & linux OS administration- Network Operations Support: Perform routine network tasks, such as changing VLANs on switch ports, provisioning access ports, and assisting with Cisco wireless connectivity issues across the site. - System & Alert Monitoring: Conduct daily health checks and monitor infrastructure alerts using SolarWinds to identify, log, and escalate potential system or network bottlenecks. - Virtualization & Backup Basics: Assist with day-to-day Hyper-V resource checks and verify the success of daily Veeam backup jobs, escalating failures when necessary. - • Hardware & Diagnostics: Utilize physical network testing tools (e.g., cable testers, link runners) to diagnose layer 1/layer 2 issues on-site. Assist with rack-and-stack tasks for HP servers and storage. - Monitoring & Backups: Exposure to SolarWinds monitoring and basic awareness of Veeam backup workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr
