This position involves working in collaboration across many stakeholders and will require excellent open and honest communication skills, with a strategic mind and an ability to work with a team to strict deadlines.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor Market Requirements: Engage proactively with stakeholders, build and manage relationships, enhance market channels, and optimize solutions for success.
Experience: 15+ years in marketing and sales with a proven track record in team management, delivery of substation projects, and risk management.
Sales Skills: Experience selling solutions rather than products, with a focus on winning forecast opportunities and managing large customer relationships.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Power Quality Solutions, High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems, and experience in renewable and power utility markets.
Strategic and Communication Skills: Strategic thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence and work under pressure.
Customer and Stakeholder Management: Proven skills in customer and stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Additional Experience: Experience with LCIS, Grid Ancillary services, and leading complex solution-based opportunities.
