Role Overview: This role will support complex deals by providing coordination, guidance, and partnership in large bids. It ensures all relevant functions are engaged, approvals are duly sought and documented, and the deal is properly approved, supported, and optimized for the highest win rate and smooth execution. The role also conducts post‑mortem reviews to propose process improvements and share best practices with peers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs and regularly interface with key stakeholders to discuss current and upcoming deals, proactively managing responses from multiple internal and partner/supplier groups.
- Manage SFDC cases and deal trackers to support complex opportunities through the approval workflow, ensuring adherence to processes.
- Conduct post‑mortem reviews and propose process improvements, sharing best practices with peers.
- Coordinate, guide, and partner in large bids, ensuring the deal is properly approved, supported, and optimized for the highest win rate.
