Using your initiative to identify new service opportunities for Hitachi Energy**.****How you\’ll make an impact:*** You’ll be playing a key role within a team of knowledgeable and experienced engineers/technicians undertaking and coordinating service activities on site, whilst keeping a close eye on health and safety and quality standards, schedules, and progress reporting to ensure customer satisfaction.* Responsible for Transformer service activities, including installation and commissioning, carrying out refurbishments, device replacements, routine maintenance, inspections, and identifying problems to assist with providing analysis for recommendations.* Coordinate all delivered parts, materials, and components for each project and optimise the use of your resources to meet delivery and performance targets as effectively as possible.* Lead jobs from start to finish under the direction of the project manager, to meet clients’ requirements.* Maintain project site documentation and checklists, prepare reports, and help to resolve any issues on site. You’ll provide feedback to assist with identifying and recommending effective new solutions to help meet business and/or customer needs.* Apply all safety rules and follow safe practices, as well as keep environmental responsibilities in mind.
