Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of quality management systems, including audits, assessments, and corrective actions.
- Support development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with the Global Service Organization (GSG) and cross-functional teams to identify quality gaps, recommend improvements, ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in training staff on quality and continuous improvement practices.
- Support the preparation and review of quality documentation, including procedures, reports, and specifications.
- Participate in quality inspections and process audits and help generate reports on findings.
- Monitor industry trends and standards to ensure the organization remains competitive in quality and operational practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the Quality and Continuous Improvement team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, quality management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, process improvement methodologies (e. g., Lean, Six Sigma), and industry standards (e. g., ISO, GMP).
- Previous experience in a quality or continuous improvement role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Driving license.
