Hitachi Energy is adding a Site/Project Support Administrator to our site in London, working across 3 different sites. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of a construction site by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication among site staff and contractors to ensure our sites are managed to the highest health and safety, security, government policy and site efficiency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with site teams, contractors, quality, and commissioning.
- Record project progress, performance metrics, budgets and expenditures.
- Monitor progress, escalated issues, and support timely close‑out.
- Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and documentation related to training, onboarding and health records.
- Record hazard observations / sight observational tours & environmental records.
- Maintain the site waste management plan data.
- Record site hours and attendance.
- Maintain Quality Assurance documentation.
- Record delivery notes and upload material NCRs.
- Collate drawing issue file and transmittal register.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for United Kingdom DBS clearance required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Valid driving license, have access to vehicle & ability to travel regularly.
