We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative energy solutions in line with company objectives and industry standards.
How you'll make an impact:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering solutions for energy infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, effectively communicating technical information and project progress.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical capabilities.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews of designs, documentation, and test plans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within engineering processes and methodologies.
- Participate in the development of technical specifications, proposals, and project documentation.

Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the energy sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong expertise in power systems, grid technologies, renewable energy integration, or similar relevant domains.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with experience in mentoring junior engineers.
