Hitachi Energy is looking for a Site Project Support Administrator based in East Anglia this role will be to organise and manage site administrative tasks. You would organise and carry out admin tasks, keep documents, and audits records up to date. You'll play a crucial role as part of the site management team, liaising with all project team members and stakeholders including the customer and suppliers.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone that enjoys working on multiple tasks and taking ownership of their own work load, we're looking for someone who is an organised people person with good IT and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Cross reference people’s competencies.
Update training matrix.
Record hazard observations / sight observational tours & environmental records.
Record site hours and attendance.
Maintain Quality Assurance documentation.
Maintain the site waste management plan data.
Record delivery notes and upload material NCR’s.
Collate drawing issue file and transmittal register.
Type & issue minutes of meetings.
Recording project progress and performance metrics
Recording budgets and expenditures
