How you\'ll make an impact:
You will work with a dynamic and supportive team of engineers who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our customers.
Don’t worry, we won’t expect you to do all this straight away, as over the development period, you will move through the different departments within the business, learning a wide variety of skills under the guidance of experienced engineers.Your starting point will be within our Testing area, where you will learn and develop your skills.
You will have the opportunity to provide technical advice to customers on how to use our products and equipment effectively and efficiently.
Test our products and equipment, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Troubleshoot and solve complex problems that may arise during the implementation or operation of our products and equipment.
Support in the Commissioning and installation of our products
Research and recommend new product equipment upgrades that can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and securing future business opportunities
Collaborate with the Power Grids Grid Automation Engineering Department to assist in the installation, commissioning, and fault resolution of SCADA systems, communications Networks, and Protection systems.
