The Opportunity Provider is seeking a Functional Skills Manager to lead strategic and operational development of English, maths and digital skills across the organisation. You will ensure learners including apprentices and adult learners achieve, belong and thrive, in line with Ofsted principles.
You will design and implement a provider-wide strategy, lead a skilled team, analyse performance data, and drive CPD to raise standards while supporting disadvantaged learners and those with SEND.
