Location: Hybrid to cover the York area

What You’ll Do As a Brewer Vocational Trainer:

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from home and visiting different sites within your region to meet your learners face to face.
  • Spend around 2-3 days per week at these sites, with the freedom to arrange your own work schedule.
  • Coaching and supporting your apprentices throughout their course, guiding them on their learning journey.
  • Carrying out enrolments and initial assessments with your learners, understanding their individual learning needs.
  • Delivering a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions with your apprentices and their employers.
  • Helping your learners advance through their qualifications using various methods, including careful observation and professional discussions.
  • Keeping all regulatory and financial information for each apprentice accurate and properly maintained.
  • Promoting TOP to employers and local connections as an ambassador for TOP.

About You:

  • Demonstrable experience within the brewing sector, with experience working in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Good computer literacy and strong administrative skills.
  • Valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
