Overview
Role: Local Team Administrator
Location: Remote-based with occasional travel requirements.
Salary: £26,208 + tax-free bonus
Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week), spread across 5 days
Responsibilities
- Managing apprenticeship applications and learner records using systems like HubSpot and BUD
- Acting as the first point of contact for learners and employers, handling queries with care and professionalism
- Supporting employers with the Apprenticeship Service and guiding them through the process
- Carrying out compliance checks to ensure records are audit-ready
- Maintaining error logs and supporting accurate monthly data reporting
- Sharing updates and key information with your team and Area Manager
- Identifying and flagging potential funding issues
- Providing general administrative support to the Area Manager and wider team
What we’re looking for
- Located within or near the Devon & Cornwall region
- Experienced with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), MIS platforms (e.g. BUD), and the Apprenticeship Service
- Knowledgeable of GDPR and data privacy best practices
- Experienced with administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel and database management
- Bonus: Knowledge in the Work-Based Learning sector and familiarity with apprenticeship funding rules
