What You’ll Do:
- Inspire and Teach: Use your kitchen expertise to train apprentices both in their kitchens and online.
- Hands-On Learning: Support apprentices at our award‑winning Chef Academy and help them master a range of culinary techniques.
- Develop Future Talent: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.
- Functional Skills: Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in kitchen operations.
- Employer Collaboration: Build relationships with employers, providing feedback on apprentice progress.
- Plan and Organise: Manage your schedule from home, utilising Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.
About You
We’re looking for passionate chefs ready to share their expertise and make a real impact on the culinary industry. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A background as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager, with a passion for passing on your knowledge.
- Strong grasp of technology for virtual training and managing administrative tasks.
- Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support provided.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
