Location: Hybrid to cover the York area

What you’ll do as a Brewer Vocational Trainer:

  • Coaching and supporting your apprentices throughout their course, guiding them on their learning journey and providing them with the support they need to succeed.
  • Carrying out enrolments and initial assessments with your learners, making sure you understand their individual learning needs from the get-go.
  • Delivering a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions with your apprentices and their employers, travelling to different employer sites and workplaces throughout your region.
  • Helping your learners advance through their qualifications using a variety of methods, including careful observation, assessing their work products, gathering written evidence, and engaging in professional discussions.
  • Keeping things organised – ensuring all the regulatory and financial information for each apprentice is accurate and properly maintained.
  • As an ambassador for TOP, playing a vital role in promoting our organisation to employers and your local connections.

About you:

  • Demonstrable experience within the brewing sector, with experience working in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Good computer literacy is essential as administration is a significant aspect of this role.
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are necessary requirements for this position.
