Responsibilities
- Deliver educational days from the company’s range of unique in-school and virtual workshops.
- Clean, restock and maintain kits on a day-to-day basis.
- Professional regard for the ethos, policies and practices of client schools visited.
- Manage adult helpers effectively in schools.
- Achieve the best possible learning outcomes for all of the children.
- Cover for absent colleagues where practicable.
Equipment
- Ensure company equipment used to deliver educational courses is maintained to a high standard.
- Use company vehicles in accordance with the company’s Vehicle Policy.
- Assist with repair of educational kits and equipment as required.
Safeguarding
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in client schools by doing what is in the best interests of the child at all times, as detailed in OTP’s Child Protection Policy.
- Observe the policies of client schools, reporting any concerns to both the relevant person at the school and to the OTP Designated Safeguarding Lead at the earliest opportunity.
