Join our Spa Therapy team and become one of the highest paid and most experienced therapists in Sussex. OTE: £32,000+ per year.

Located 10 minutes north of Chichester and 15 minutes south of Haslemere, The Spread Eagle is in the heart of the beautiful historic market town of Midhurst.

Within easy reach of the A3, A286, A272 and A27, you will be in easy reach of all the main connecting routes to and from your work/home.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and self-motivated person to join our spa therapy team as the Spa Head Therapist, treating our guests to our beautiful TEMPLESPA and OPI Nailcare treatments, offering aftercare advice to guests, maintaining their treatment room standards, taking bookings, welcoming guests and being a key part of the spa experience for our visitors.

You will be responsible for the training and development of the spa therapy team and will be the 'standard setter' for our client journey.

You will be tasked with managing stock control, placing orders, organising rotas, staff welfare, supervision and motivation and will work closely with the Spa Operations Manager to deliver an exemplary experience to our customers.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role who can get up to speed quickly.

This person will be the 'memory' of The Spread Eagle Spa journey and needs to provide a warm and efficient service and experience to the guest.

  • Your skills and experience should include
  • Experience in the spa/beauty industry is desirable
  • Supervisory or management experience in a similar role desirable but not essential.
  • Relevant beauty therapy or complimentary therapy qualification/s that allow you to deliver our array of massage, facial, body and well-being therapies
  • A confident, warm and welcoming approach with a natural desire to serve and exceed expectations of guests and colleagues.
  • A pro-active stance to always look to improve standards and service.
  • Flexible in attitude, approach and working hours.
