Role Overview
The role is to assist in delivering a high-quality, cost-effective maintenance service covering planned, routine/reactive building fabric and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works. This ensures the continued provision of a safe, functional, and visually appealing environment for visitors and staff, ensuring plant and equipment servicing meets all legal compliance requirements. To assist the Maintenance Contracts Manager in arranging maintenance works, including liaising with external contractors and consultants. Ensure maintenance tasks are allocated and recorded promptly, and to help organise work schedules to minimise disruption to operations. To communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding planned works and progress updates.
