We are a team of people who love and look after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world.
We have an opportunity for a Product Support Analyst to join our Information Technology Business Solutions Team to support the applications and the users of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform.
As a Dynamics 365 Product Support Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting end users to get the most out of their applications. Along with working with stakeholders and team members to implement continuous product enhancements.
To Be Successful In The Role
You’ll be a passionate advocate of Dynamic 365’s capability, with strong analytic skills to help users solve business problems. You’ll also have significant, proven experience of:
- Supporting applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Demonstrating best practice in the use of Dynamics 365 applications
- Writing specifications for product enhancements
- Documenting comprehensive user requirements
- Designing test cases
- Being the contact point for users
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting and user support.
- Troubleshooting system performance issues
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive user training materials
- Explaining and communicating technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Training end users on MS Dynamics 365 functionality and helping them to extract information and present findings and insights
- Strong communication skills and comfortable in a customer facing environment.
- Working in an Agile team
If you have relevant experience working as an analyst, or in another similar role, as part of a team developing and supporting applications built on the Dynamics 365 platform, we would like to hear from you.
