We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our frontline HR operations and ensure our people processes are efficient, consistent and continuously improving.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and develop our HR Operations team, overseeing day-to-day HR services including payroll administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, contract production and HR enquiries. You’ll play a key role in streamlining processes, embedding best practice, and maximising the benefits of HR systems and automation.
Working closely with our Senior HR Business Partners and colleagues across HR, you’ll help deliver a professional, responsive, and high-quality HR service that supports our people and enables our charitable mission.
