We are recruiting Event Stewards (Casual) to support our event operations, which range from private dinners and weddings to corporate summer parties, fashion shows and drinks receptions.
Responsibilities
- Support event operations across a range of occasions, including private dinners, weddings, corporate summer parties, fashion shows and drinks receptions.
- Provide an excellent level of service to guests and act as an ambassador for Kensington Palace and HRP.
- Be observant and attentive, contributing to security, health and safety, and conservation procedures.
- Work discreetly and professionally as part of the events casual pool, with a focus on delivering a high standard of guest experience.
- Assist with shifts that are offered on a casual basis, primarily during weekday evenings and some weekends.
Qualifications and experience
- Passion for working with people and delivering high standard customer service.
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) and an interest in history.
- Some events experience is desirable.
