- Create impactful marketing campaigns by designing creative assets for paid social, email marketing, display advertising and organic social channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across every touchpoint.
- Bring motion into the brand by creating and introducing animation, video and other dynamic content that enhances the customer experience across our website, social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate across the business by working closely with the marketing, ecommerce, trading and product teams to translate ideas into high quality creative that supports business goals.
- Champion exceptional design standards by helping to evolve our digital brand, contributing fresh ideas, keeping up with emerging design trends and ensuring every piece of creative reflects the quality of our products.
- Support and inspire the wider creative team by sharing ideas, offering constructive feedback and collaborating with designers to maintain consistently high creative standards.
- Embrace creative variety by getting involved in everything from product launches and seasonal campaigns to new digital initiatives and one off creative projects, bringing enthusiasm and attention to detail to every brief.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a digital design role within an ecommerce or direct to consumer business.
Ideally you've worked in house for a premium consumer brand and understand the pace and priorities of a busy ecommerce environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design across websites, email marketing, paid advertising and social media.
We'd love to see examples of how you've helped shape and evolve the digital presence of a brand over time.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, colour and user experience.
You understand how to create engaging digital content that strengthens a brand and drives customer engagement.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design.
Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools for animation and video creation is highly desirable.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animation and video for websites and social media, with an understanding of how dynamic content can enhance the customer journey.
- A solid understanding of ecommerce best practice, including designing for different devices, creating responsive digital assets and producing creative that balances brand storytelling with commercial performance.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work closely with marketing, ecommerce and product teams and to share ideas and constructive feedback with colleagues.
- Genuine enthusiasm for our brand.
You'll be excited by the power of nostalgia, the history of the press and the stories behind the headlines, and you'll want to bring those stories to life through exceptional digital design.
