This post sits within the Finance and Corporate Services Business Support Team, which is responsible for delivering high quality financial, legal, audit, procurement, project management, corporate analysis and digital support across the organisation. This role will focus on providing executive support to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services and their wider directorate.

Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Managing the work of the Director by prioritising, researching and creating work schedules that support the most effective way for them to work.
- Acting as secretariat and drafting agendas, minutes and supporting information to ensure meetings operate smoothly.
- Supporting the Business Manager to carry out administrative duties on behalf of the director (and wider directorate) including reporting, purchasing and other business support tasks as required.
- Preparing for meetings and events, ensuring they are well organised and effective.
- Triaging queries, responding and drafting responses on behalf of the Director, liaising with staff across their teams to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
