HistologiX is a trusted GLP & GCP compliant Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with expertise in tissue‑based biomarker analysis. We help our clients visualise and understand how their drug or device is influencing key biomarkers at the cellular and tissue level. Working collaboratively, our experienced scientific team provides a bespoke service allowing our clients to make the most of our expertise in histology, immunohistochemistry (IHC) including multiplex immunofluorescence, in situ hybridisation (ISH) & cutting‑edge digital image and data analysis (IA).

We currently have a vacancy for an office‑based Student Internship to support our lab in BioCity Nottingham. The role is for a fixed term of 3 months working regular business hours onsite. This job would suit a highly organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of computer literacy and attention to detail. A life sciences background is essential and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Antibody & Assay Database Input: Supporting our Study Directors by collating and inputting data into our proprietary antibody and assay database.
  • Marketing Support: Identifying relevant digital images and preparing PowerPoint slides showcasing tissues stained with specific markers.
