Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the creative process of level design, focusing on core game logic, level mechanics, design principles, and the player journey within the level funnel.
- Drive the production pipeline and data analysis processes to improve level execution and overall quality.
- Provide insights and recommendations on A/B testing for level content and core gameplay to facilitate further growth and optimization.
- Share your expertise and systematically guide the level design team, helping them quickly develop into skilled and proficient level designers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Over 1.5 years of successful work experience in mobile F2P games and more than 3 years as a level designer in puzzle games. Must have experience in both the initial development phase (from pre-production to global launch) and post-launch operations (from global launch to live-ops several years).
- Passion for Games: Deep passion for games, with a comprehensive understanding of the casual game subgenres. Able to think outside the box and innovate to create standout games.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in mentoring or managing a team is preferred, as well as previous experience in international collaboration.
- Data Analysis Skills: Excellent data analysis and statistical skills, with significant experience working closely with BI teams. Must have the ability to interpret data and create strategies to improve KPIs. Additionally, possess both creative and structured thinking to elevate level design to new heights.
