Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Building Surveyors and ensure claim files are kept up to date with claims progressing in appropriate timeframes.
  • Set up new claims in the claims management system, review notes/diaries, process payments, review or create letters and reports, and arrange appointments on behalf of the Building Surveyors.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Computer literacy – using a variety of in‑house databases.
  • Experience in the loss adjusting, claims handling, or surveying fields.
