Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Complex Liability Adjuster.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-value and complex liability claims, investigating and settling a wide range of claims typically in Public, Employers, and Products Liability.
- Perform a developmental role common to all Complex Adjusters: meet with clients to enhance existing relationships and build new relationships in local and national markets.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification: progression towards ACII/ACILA preferred.
- A full UK driving licence – essential for travel by car.
- Demonstrable experience handling complex liability claims, including investigation and settlement of high-value claims.
- Client relationship management: ability to liaise with clients and support client development as required.
- Adaptability and initiative: capable of working independently and flexibly with a forward‑thinking approach.
