We are looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven individual to lead, expand, and sustain partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISV) operating in the Healthcare market across the EMEA region. As a Healthcare partnership manager, this person will drive innovative collaborations, seek out new partnership prospects, and reinforce current relationships, serving as the main contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be accountable for introducing strategic pillars—Asset Visibility, Connected Frontline, and Intelligent Automation—to the partnership focused on driving outcome-based solutions addressing customer needs in the Healthcare market.

  • Managing relationships with partnerships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
  • Championing new projects and initiatives that involve Zebra strategic pillars and wider ecosystems
  • Building and expanding Zebra relationships across the partnership network to foster new opportunities
  • Liaising with partnership to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years managing channel partnerships or selling to Independent Software Vendors
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week
