As a Construction Auditor, you will ensure contractors complete repairs correctly and efficiently. Reporting to the Audit Manager, you will support network contractors and colleagues to deliver a compliant and competitive service. Experience and qualifications in construction are ideal.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Auditing repairs using video technology and site visits
  • Ensuring compliance with schedules
  • Presenting findings
  • Liaising with contractors for schedule adjustments
  • Providing technical and mediation assistance
  • Offering guidance on scheduling and new services

This role combines office and remote work, providing data to evidence compliance. You will assist with analysis, reporting, and developing personal goals. Further training in Quantity Surveying and supporting the Technical Team are also part of the role.
