What You Will Need

  • Claims Handling: Manage all classes of aviation liability claims, including personal injury, property / aircraft damage, and lost / damaged cargo / baggage.
  • Legal & Medical Knowledge: Apply aviation law principles and understand medical terminology for injury claims.
  • Reporting & Communication: Maintain correspondence, report to underwriters, and manage file administration.
  • Technical Tools: Use internal systems for claims handling and time recording.
  • Business Development: Support corporate relations, identify new opportunities, and build client relationships.
  • Travel: Investigate claims on-site when necessary.

Skills & Experience

  • Essential: Experience in handling liability claims.
  • Communication: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with aviation law, medical terminology, and negotiation skills.
