- Manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across the Sheffield/Lincoln/Doncaster area.
- Visit customers at their homes.
- Coordinate visits from contractors.
- Settle each claim and compile comprehensive reports.
- Balance office and home work as needed.
Qualifications:
- UK Driving Licence: Essential to travel by car.
- Insurance knowledge: Understanding of how a home insurance policy operates and basic makeup of a domestic property.
- Excellent communication skills: Speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more, explaining complex details clearly and negotiating fair settlements.
- Problem‑solving abilities: Identify and solve problems efficiently.
