What We’re Looking For

The Inside Channel Manager is responsible for managing and driving business results of a selected group of Zebra partners, maintaining their sustainable growth.
You have overall ownership of the partners: Revenue, Relationship, Investment / Commitment, and Partnership.
You will primarily work together with the Partners to “sell-through” the Zebra products on their own, but will also attend Customer meetings with Partners for the largest deals.
You will provide advice and assistance to Zebra Partners on all product, Sales, and technical requirements.
You will have responsibilities to work closely with assigned partners to develop new revenue opportunities as well as finding, generating, and developing new Partners.
- Business Responsibilities
- Sells moderately complex solution, products and services for a portion or set of assigned reseller accounts based on defined account strategies and plans.
- Profiling of reseller’s business and analysis of revenue data to identify product focus, opportunities, wallet share and competitor products.
Identifies resellers to target, evaluating revenue spent over previous quarters.
- Nurture partner relationships to improve communication, collaboration, and accountability within opportunities, coordinating with additional support resources as needed.
- Help resellers develop opportunities with existing and new accounts and provide demonstration, pricing, and technical question assistance as required or requested.
- Encourage and manage co‑marketing activities, arrange MDF funding if approved.
- Strong understanding of the Channel Sales landscape in a distributed environment.
- Enable Partner sales and technical teams in line with Partner compliance requirements and Go‑to‑Market strategy Supports.
- Support telesales campaigns and promotions in line with RCM / RSM (Regional Channel / Sales Manager) objectives and timelines.
- Inbound reseller response handling as the point of contact for the resellers. Directing queries and liaising with other departments as relevant.
- As part of the regional sales team, the role is to identify further opportunities, updates on sales forecast, competitive analysis, pricing, and reseller trends.
Continually reviews information to improve accuracy.
- Ensures close collaboration with RCM/RSM and Partner Interaction Centre (PIC Team) as well as continued feedback on lead allocation to the target resellers.
- Reporting
- Provides weekly status reports to sales team including forecasting new opportunities.
- Maintains and updates opportunities and forecasts within SFDC (Salesforce. com).
- Partner Program
- Understands and is able to promote the Zebra Partner Programme.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of overall experience is preferred and ideally in a sales environment.
- Experience within an IT environment is required.
- Educated at University Degree Level.
- Knowledge of the Vendor/Partner/Distribution landscape extremely beneficial.
- Language Skill: Italian, English.
- Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 67%, in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
