What We’re Looking For

Zebra is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our talented team! In this role, you will be the technical powerhouse for our UK‑based Inside Channel Account Managers (ICAMs), bridging the gap between our cutting‑edge products and the unique business challenges of their partners. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute winning technology strategies in collaboration with our Inside Channel Account Managers (ICAMs) team.
- Design and architect creative solutions that directly address the needs of partners and their customers to give us a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our internal ICAMs and the key technical contacts at the partner accounts they manage.
- Create and deliver compelling, high‑impact solution presentations and product demonstrations that captivate both technical and business audiences.
- Act as the primary technical expert, solving partner problems and verifying solution compatibility to ensure success.
- Clearly articulate the business value of Zebra's solutions, showing partners how our technology can drive their business results and fuel profitable growth.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) paired with minimum 2 years of relevant work in a technical sales or solutions role.
- A strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master a diverse portfolio of products and solutions.
- Proven success in applying solution‑selling concepts to understand customer needs and craft tailored proposals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simple, persuasive way.
- Sharp business acumen and an understanding of market trends, with the ability to connect our solutions to a customer's bottom line.
- A proactive and independent mindset, with the judgment to manage complex projects and make sound decisions as a key member of our team.
- Excellent English Language skills required, European languages would be a bonus (German, Spanish, French in particular).

Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 25%, in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
