Role Overview
You will manage a dedicated domestic adjusting team that handles claims up to £100k. Your role involves leading a high‑performing team, ensuring that complex claims are handled with accuracy and efficiency, and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment that delivers exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of domestic adjusters and adjuster executives.
- Allocate and assess claims based on complexity, experience, and technical ability.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of claims, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional managers and other teams to optimize workflow.
- Champion continuous improvement and high standards of service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience handling complex property insurance claims.
- Proven management skills and confidence to lead a high‑performing team.
- Excellent communication skills: speaking and writing to policyholders, insurers, and contractors.
