What We're Looking For

This is a high‑impact, dual‑mandate role sitting at the intersection of channel marketing and ISV partner leadership across EMEA. You will be responsible for two things that are equally critical to Zebra's 2026 growth targets: leading the execution of our differentiated channel marketing model across the EMEA partner base and owning the marketing strategy for our EMEA ISV programme end‑to‑end. This is not a programme management role. We are looking for someone who thinks in pipeline and revenue, builds frameworks that scale, and holds partners – and internal teams – to a higher standard of execution. You will act as a strategic advisor to our most important ISV partners, guiding them through the full Build, Market, Sell lifecycle, and you will drive measurable marketing contribution to partner‑sourced pipeline across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Marketing Leadership
    • Own EMEA channel marketing contribution to pipeline – with clear targets for marketing‑sourced and marketing‑influenced revenue through the partner ecosystem.
    • Lead the implementation and scaling of Zebra's differentiated, tiered channel marketing model across the EMEA partner base, ensuring precise resource allocation and programme deployment by partner tier.
    • Design and execute joint demand generation activities – from bespoke strategic campaigns for top‑tier partners to programmatic Campaigns in a Box for the long tail – with strict ROI expectations attached to each.
    • Manage MDF and co‑marketing investment across the EMEA partner base, ensuring spend is allocated strategically and tied to measurable outcomes.
    • Provide leadership, direction and support to FMMs and CMMs across EMEA, ensuring consistent and high‑quality programme execution in market.
  • EMEA ISV Marketing Strategy
    • Own the marketing strategy for Zebra's EMEA ISV programme end‑to‑end, acting as the primary strategic advisor to our top‑tier ISV partners.
    • Guide key ISV partners through the full Build, Market, Sell lifecycle – helping them build effective solutions on Zebra's platform, go to market compellingly, and drive joint revenue.
    • Develop compelling joint value propositions and messaging that articulate the combined power of Zebra's hardware and software solutions alongside our partners' capabilities.
    • Build and manage joint business plans with priority ISVs, aligning their marketing activity directly to shared commercial targets.
  • Strategic Alignment & Cross‑functional Collaboration
    • Align all channel and ISV marketing activity directly to Zebra's 2026 strategic goals – specifically targeted growth in Sales Out, Direct Sourced Pipeline, and Marketing Influence.
    • Work closely with regional Sales, Vertical Specialists, and Demand Marketing to ensure channel marketing is integrated into the broader go‑to‑market motion.
    • Contribute to Zebra's strategic transition from a hardware‑centric to a solutions‑orientated GTM model, ensuring partner enablement and messaging reflect the evolving portfolio and value proposition.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong background in partner, channel, or alliance marketing within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline targets – you can walk us through programmes you have run, the investment involved, and the results you delivered.
  • Proven experience managing MDF or co‑marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability at scale.
  • Direct experience working with or for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), with a strong understanding of software GTM motions and the Build, Market, Sell lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable experience deploying and managing differentiated, tiered partner engagement frameworks across a diverse partner community.
  • Cross‑cultural experience operating across multiple EMEA markets – you understand that EMEA is not one market.

Skills & Mindset

  • You think in pipeline and revenue, not activities.
  • You are selective and opinionated about where to invest time and budget.
  • Exceptional relationship and influence skills – you build credibility quickly with partners, with Sales, and with senior stakeholders.
  • A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, manages multiple complex priorities simultaneously, and drives execution without needing to be chased.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills – you know how to bring Sales, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing in together, rather than working around them.
  • A builder's mindset – you enjoy designing programmes, running them, and staying close enough to the work to know what is landing and what needs to change.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Benefits

  • 25 days of vacation
  • Up to 32 hours paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice
  • Reward & Recognition scheme – earn points to spend online
  • Training and personal development in soft skills and hard skills, access to our internal learning portal and internal career opportunities within Zebra departments
  • Annual bonuses based on financial results
  • Yearly salary increases according to individual performance
  • Employee referral bonus for bringing New Talent to Zebra
  • Pension Scheme with a matched contribution up to 7%
  • Private medical and dental cover
  • Access to an innovative online learning platform
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Program

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 15% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
