The Campaign Manager supports demand, pipeline acceleration, and revenue contribution across EMEA by translating Go‑To‑Market plans into targeted demand programmes and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunity progression across priority markets. Working closely with the Head of Demand & Performance Marketing and in partnership with Field Marketing, Product and Channel Partner Marketing, Vertical Marketing teams, and Sales, this role helps shape and execute integrated initiatives aligned with regional business priorities.
This role is accountable for the end‑to‑end execution and performance of demand programmes and campaigns, including planning, budget management and investment allocation, activation, reporting, optimisation, and performance reviews with key stakeholders. Initiatives for this role are executed through the Centres of Excellence (CoE), and by regional marketing teams with agency partners to ensure consistent activation across channels and regions.
- Turn Go‑To‑Market plans into integrated demand programmes and campaigns across EMEA that drive pipeline creation and opportunity progression across priority verticals, solutions, regions, and audience segments.
- Own the end‑to‑end execution of demand programmes and campaigns, including planning, budget management, activation, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Use audience insights, intent signals, and segmentation priorities to recommend the most effective channels and tactics, activating programmes across the full PESO model (Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned).
- Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution through marketing dashboards and analytics tools, working with Marketing Analytics to deliver accurate tracking and reporting.
- Identify and implement optimisation opportunities, using performance insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Act as the bridge between the EMEA marketing team and the CoE to advocate for and meet regional needs.
- Partner with the Marketing Contact Centre and Sales teams to strengthen follow‑up motions and improve lead progression.
- Own the EMEA marketing calendar, balancing immediate programme delivery with forward planning to support regional demand priorities.
- Shape and manage the EMEA content calendar and support the editorial council to ensure campaign messaging and content priorities are aligned.
- Support the localisation and activation of value propositions for priority segments and campaigns.
- Contribute to performance marketing experiments by tracking measurable outcomes, providing insights for establishing benchmarks, and recommending which initiatives to scale or stop.
- Promote performance marketing best practices by educating and guiding sales and marketing teams on integrated, data‑driven approaches.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B technology or enterprise sales environments.
- Experience delivering integrated demand programmes and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, marketing analytics, attribution, and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, paid media, and reporting platforms, with the ability to translate data into optimisation actions and recommendations.
- Comfortable taking ownership of end‑to‑end initiatives, solving problems, and adapting quickly based on performance insights.
- Hands‑on in marketing platforms and campaign execution while maintaining a clear view of broader demand strategy and business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global, regional teams, and cross‑functional partners.

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
