Responsibilities
As a Domestic Loss Adjuster, you will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across Northern Ireland, including visiting customers at their homes, coordinating visits from contractors, and settling each claim.

- Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for traveling by car
- Insurance knowledge: Understanding of how a home insurance policy operates and the basic make‑up of a domestic property
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and others, explaining complex details clearly and negotiating fair settlements
- Problem‑solving abilities: Identifying and solving problems efficiently
