What You’ll Do

As an Aviation Liability Adjuster, you will take ownership of diverse cases—from personal injury and aircraft damage to cargo and baggage claims—guiding them from first notice through to resolution. You will apply aviation law, assess liability, and negotiate settlements, all while building strong relationships with underwriters and clients. What You’ll Need
- Claims Handling: Manage all classes of aviation liability claims, including personal injury, property / aircraft damage, and lost / damaged cargo / baggage.
- Legal & Medical Knowledge: Apply aviation law principles and understand medical terminology for injury claims.
- Reporting & Communication: Maintain correspondence, report to underwriters, and manage file administration.
- Technical Tools: Use internal systems for claims handling and time recording.
- Business Development: Support corporate relations, identify new opportunities, and build client relationships.
- Travel: Investigate claims on-site when necessary.
Skills & Experience
- Essential: Experience in handling liability claims.
- Communication: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
