Contract Type: 12 – 15 months contract, maternity cover

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with retailers to support marketing communications and sales of Hisense.
  • Manage daily retail account operations to optimize product listings, enhance shopper experience, and ensure accurate content through regular audits.
  • Manage external creative and design agencies to deliver marketing, communication and POS materials.
  • Deliver training requirements and organize trade events to meet the need for accounts.
  • Execute promotional activities and sponsorship campaigns across channels to support the sales promotional plan.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Customer Marketing & Commercial teams to develop a trade marketing plan to elevate brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Work alongside Go-To-Market & Product Management functions to deliver seamless product launches across retail channels including the provision of assets, product messaging and channel exposure.
  • Conduct regular audits of the channel, category, and competitor activity to advise future decisions.
  • Analytical focus on measuring marketing’s impact, ROI and ability to synthesise findings.
  • Provide robust dashboard reporting and insights on all marketing activity for internal stakeholders.
  • Budget management and the ability to track annual spend and scrutinise campaign costs.
  • Other ad hoc tasks where expected.

Requirements:

  • Solid 4 years marketing experience with a well-rounded approach to multiple disciplines (Brand, Retail, Product, Digital Marketing).
  • Commercially astute marketer with the ability to demonstrate structured analysis, reporting and ROI on activity.
  • Project managing and analysing digital campaigns (banners, SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics, content management and social media) with the objective of brand building to support sales.
  • Ability to demonstrate cross-functional collaboration with other department functions and agency management.
