We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven individual with a strong interest in home appliances and consumer needs.
In this role, you will sit at the heart of our GTM team, taking ownership of key, fast-growing product categories.
This is a hands-on opportunity to shape how our products are positioned, launched and experienced by consumers in the UK market.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital, Service, and will also collaborate with retail and trade partners externally.
Acting as a central point of contact for your categories, you will play a critical role within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.
Responsibility
- Lead the Product and Consumer marketing agenda for Refrigeration
- Responsible for the creation and execution of all product messaging across Online and Offline channels, aligned to the Brand and Category strategy
- Manage ongoing competitor benchmarking helping to understand features and benefits to maximise Hisense proposition.
- To own product introduction process for retailers, compilation of product set up information and assets.
- Manage and implement creative asset toolkits for the company to ensure consistency across all company & retailer platforms.
- Support, manage, and update the GTM plans for Refrigeration. To share with internal UK stakeholders as well as European & HQ teams.
- Customer & Trade presentations supporting Sales teams
- Input into training plan for categories, working with Training function to help create and direct training content and delivery
- Liaise with UK and HQ Product Management team to digest, share and communicate product roadmaps.
- Collation, interpretation and presentation of consumer insights to support category strategy
- Product training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage product samples for both expert and consumer reviews, in order to maximise positive product exposure and contribute to strong review achievement.
- Manage and lead category related events, working with cross functional sales and marketing departments to deliver ever evolving and improving product showcases
- Co-ordinating the development of content and assets for online and offline channels
- Collaboration with e-commerce and social teams on the execution of products and messaging across the Hisense UK website and social media accounts
- Attending Brand and Industry focused trade shows and events
- Key contact for PR agency for product opportunities – including the ownership of the review program, including Experts and Consumer across all Hisense Categories
- Build dynamic relationships with award bodies (Which?, GHK Etc) to foster greater collaboration
- Requirement
- 3+ years experience across either a marketing, sales or training background is desirable.
- Experience within MDA is preferred, with knowledge of the Refrigeration category considered a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail, with an excellent working knowledge across MS Office (Excel & PPT essential)
- Exceptional in coordinating and delivering multiple projects on time and to brief.
- Commercially astute with a proven record of demonstrating structured analysis, reporting and ROI.
- A strong consumer-first mindset, proactively identifying solutions that improve the consumer experience
- A confident and passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills, you will frequently present to both internal & external stakeholders.
