Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (8 months)
You will focus on supporting the National Account Manager to grow and develop existing accounts as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies across Major and Small Domestic Appliances.
- Develop and deliver strategies to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets across key accounts.
- Manage relationships with existing and new accounts, identifying opportunities and ensuring strong partnerships.
- Support sales channels through promotions, marketing initiatives, training, and pricing proposals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, monitor stock levels, and share insights with product and logistics teams to ensure efficient supply.
- Oversee service and returns processes, reporting quality issues and ensuring compliance with policy.
- Work with Finance and Senior Management to resolve payment/credit issues, manage SOAs, and complete customer audits.
- Present performance updates, growth ideas, and market insights at sales meetings.
- Stay informed on industry developments and attend brand and industry-focused trade shows as required.
- Other Ad Hoc tasks per request by the line manager.
Relevant working experience in a sales account management role or buying background.
Proven track record of achieving KPIs, sales targets, and managing accounts and budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for communication, data analysis, and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and exceed sales and profitability targets.
Ability to work from our Leeds office minimum 1–2 days per week.
Full UK driving licence.
