As a Channel Manager – Etail, you will be responsible for leading and developing the etail channel strategy across key online retailers. You will be accountable for the overall performance of these accounts within the Brown Goods category, which includes TVs, Soundbars, and Laser TVs.
This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the online retail environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, market share, and profit growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage Amazon account and foster strong relationships with key etail partners.
- Develop and execute the etail channel strategy in alignment with the commercial plan and wider business goals.
- Own the P&L for the etail channel, ensuring sales targets, profitability, and brand KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Oversee demand planning, stock forecasting, and promotional execution in collaboration with supply chain and marketing teams.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform pricing, promotional strategies, and assortment planning.
- Partner closely with marketing and trade marketing to ensure strong digital brand presence and campaign alignment across platforms.
- Lead regular business reviews and internal reporting on channel performance, opportunities, and risks.
- Champion a high-performance culture, coaching and developing your team to deliver results.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing the Amazon account, experience within Consumer Electronics or related FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK etail landscape and online trading best practices.
- Strong leadership skills, commercially astute with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving license required.
