Assistant Product Manager – Chinese Mandarin Speaking
This role will assist Product Line Managers with the following key areas:

Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Identify entry points and opportunities for products to support product development with HQ.
- Product Planning: Design and execute product launch strategies, distribution models, and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with HQ to define product specifications based on UK market needs.
- Pricing & Promotions: Partner with the sales team to develop competitive pricing and promotional campaigns that drive sales and market share.
- Planning & Forecasting: Build sales and supply plans using channel forecasts, sell-out data, and market trends. Ensure accurate forecasting to optimize inventory and product availability.
- Sales Management: Work closely with sales, logistics, and marketing to achieve monthly and annual KPIs, including revenue, profit, inventory turnover, and premium product sales. Track market share and performance to ensure continued growth.
- Marketing Support: Support the marketing team in developing product communication and promotional strategies that resonate with our target consumers.
- HQ Coordination: Serve as the key UK contact for HQ, managing communication on after-sales, logistics, marketing, and product-related topics.
- Other ad hoc tasks where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or engineering is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with good organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn product management
- Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin
