We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Assistant to join Hisense UK. This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of the business by ensuring timely customer payments, accurate account management, and supporting the credit control team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and email invoices/credit notes to customers daily via the system
- Send monthly account statements to customers through the system
- Chase outstanding payments and allocate received payments in SAP
- Support credit control team to complete admin tasks and reports
- Work closely with the Sales team to resolve debit notes and customer deductions
- Liaise directly with customers to resolve payment-related queries and ensure timely settlements
- Post customer payments accurately in SAP
Key Skills
- At least 2 years\’ experience in accounting/finance
- Competent in Excel
- Familiar with SAP system is preferred
- Highly organized and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong numeracy and communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Able to deliver a quality service within required deadlines
